How long does the verification link last?
The verification link lasts for 1 hour.

I am having trouble uploading my documents. What should I do?
First, check if your file is in the correct format (each document must not exceed 8 MB and files must be in a .png, .jpg or .pdf format).
If the above is correct, check if your file name is correctly titled. Files with random characters (as793f@$kshd23.png) will be flagged.
How do I reset my password?
You may reset your password using the link on the login page.

How do I access/edit my profile?
On the Homepage, click on Profile in the top right. This will bring you to your Profile Settings.
Checkout
How do I edit my shipping address?
During Checkout, right before proceeding to the Payment, you are able to key in your Shipping Address for that order.
I entered the wrong shipping address at the checkout. Can I fix this?

Does adding an item to my cart mean that I've booked it?
No. Only when you have proceeded to Checkout with the selected item(s).
I have clicked on Checkout after reviewing the items but I left the site accidentally, where can I retrieve my items?
All orders at the checkout page will be stored as a draft order. You may retrieve by browsing Dashboard > To Pay.
I've received promo codes from DoctorOnCall Pro, how do I redeem it?
Prior to clicking the Checkout button, you may input the voucher code. DoctorOnCall Pro's platform coupon can be input at the DOC's coupon column whereas merchant's store coupon can be input at the Store's coupon column prior to clicking Checkout.
How do I pay for my order?
During Checkout, after confirming your shipping address, you will be asked to proceed to Payment, in which there will be several payment methods available.
What are the available payment methods on Marketplace?
These are the available payment channels on Marketplace:
(1) Personal Banking (Credit Card / Debit Card / FPX Online Banking / eWallets)
(2) Business Banking (FPX Business Banking)
(3) Boost Pay Credit (Buy Now Pay Later)
(4) Credit Card Instalment (CIMB 0% Interest)
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once you have proceeded to Checkout and completed payment, you should receive an email invoice stating your order information. This email acts as proof of confirmation.
Shipping and Delivery
How do I view my consolidated orders?
On the Homepage, click on Profile in the top right. This will bring you to your account details. All order statuses are viewable under Dashboard.
Can I cancel an order after placing it but haven't completed payment?
Yes, you can cancel the order by going to your Dashboard. Find the order under the To Pay tab, and click "Cancel Order" on the specific order you would like to cancel.
Can I cancel an order after payment?
Currently, we do not support cancellation after a payment has been made.

Returns and Refunds
How do I raise a return / refund request?
Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:
- The Item has not been received by Buyer;
- The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
- Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
- The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item; or
- By way of private agreement with Seller and Seller must send his/her confirmation to Shopee confirming such agreement.
