Hovid Cortisone 1% Cream 15g

Hovid Cortisone 1% Cream contains Hydrocortisone BP 1% w/w, a low-potency topical corticosteroid used to relieve redness, itching, inflammation, and irritation caused by various skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, and insect bites. It is supplied in convenient 5g and 15g tubes for targeted application to affected areas. Because it is a mild topical steroid, it is generally well tolerated, although some people may experience temporary burning, stinging, dryness, or mild irritation after application.

The usual dosage is to apply a thin layer once or twice daily. Treatment is generally intended for short-term use, and you should consult your doctor if symptoms do not improve within about 7 days.
