The recommended dose is one 0.35mg tablet daily, taken continuously without interruption for as long as contraception is required. If you experience vomiting or severe diarrhoea, continue taking your tablets as scheduled, but use an additional contraceptive method during the illness and for the following 7 days, as absorption of the tablet may be reduced.
