Hurixs Gamat Rub Cool 20g

Hurix's Gamat Rub Cool is a traditional topical rub containing sea cucumber (gamat) extract along with a blend of traditional herbal and essential oil ingredients, including magnolia flower, angelica root, clove flower oil, eucalyptus oil, nutmeg oil, and peppermint oil. As a traditional preparation rather than a conventional pharmaceutical, it's generally well tolerated when used as directed, though some people may notice skin irritation, a warming or tingling sensation, or rarely an allergic reaction at the application site. It's intended for external use and inhalation only, so it should never be swallowed or applied near the eyes or broken skin. If you're trying it for the first time, it's a good idea to do a small patch test first, especially if you have sensitive skin.

There is no fixed oral dosage, as this is applied externally or inhaled — use a small amount as needed, up to a few times daily, or as directed on the packaging.

• Local skin irritation or redness
• Warming or tingling sensation at the application site
• Allergic contact dermatitis (uncommon)
• Mild eye or mucous membrane irritation if accidentally transferred
• Headache from strong inhaled vapours in sensitive individuals

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed after use, and keep out of reach and sight of children.

• Do a patch test first if you have sensitive skin.
• Keep well away from the eyes, nose, and mouth.
• Don't apply to broken or irritated skin.
• Wash your hands after applying.
• Keep the lid tightly closed to preserve the essential oil content.

For inhalation, add a small amount to a bowl of hot water and inhale the vapours. For topical use, gently rub a small amount onto the area needed, such as the temples, chest, or stomach.

Check the expiry date printed on the tube or carton, and do not use beyond this date.

Stichopus Japonicus Selenka (gamat/sea cucumber extract) 0.1mg, Flos Magnolia Biondii 15mg, Radix Angelica Dahurica 12mg, Flos Eugenia Caryophyllata (clove) 6mg, Eucalyptus Oil 20mg, Nutmeg Oil 10mg, and Peppermint Oil 100mg, with benzoic acid and methyl paraben as preservatives.

Avoid use on broken, irritated, or damaged skin, and avoid contact with the eyes, nose, or mouth. Not recommended for individuals allergic to any of its herbal or essential oil components, or those allergic to seafood, given the marine-derived gamat extract.

As a topical and inhalation product, significant systemic drug interactions are unlikely, though it should not be combined with other strong topical preparations on the same area at the same time, as this may increase skin irritation.
