Borymycin 100mg Capsule contains minocycline, a tetracycline antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections by preventing bacteria from growing and multiplying. Some people may experience mild stomach upset, dizziness, headache, or diarrhoea while taking this medicine. Because antibiotics can also affect the body's normal bacteria, fungal infections such as oral or vaginal thrush may occasionally occur. Increased sensitivity to sunlight has also been reported, so extra care should be taken when spending time outdoors. Always complete the full prescribed course, even if you start feeling better, to help ensure the infection is fully treated and reduce the risk of antibiotic resistance. Contact your healthcare provider if you develop persistent diarrhoea, severe dizziness, or signs of an allergic reaction.

The usual adult dose is 100mg once or twice daily, depending on the type and severity of the infection. Always follow your doctor's prescribed dosage and complete the full treatment course.

Minocycline 100mg.

Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to minocycline, tetracyclines, or any of the capsule's ingredients. It is generally not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in children under 8 years of age because it may permanently affect developing teeth and bones.

Minocycline absorption may be reduced when taken together with dairy products, antacids, or supplements containing calcium, magnesium, aluminium, or iron. Take these products at least 2 hours before or after your dose. Minocycline may also reduce the effectiveness of hormonal contraceptives, so discuss whether additional contraceptive precautions are appropriate with your healthcare provider.
