There is limited data on human study regarding the use of Motilium 1mg/ml Suspension among pregnant women. Animal studies have demonstrated reproductive toxicity when it is used at a high, toxic dose. The risk for the fetus in humans is still uncertain therefore it is recommended to only use Motilium 1mg/ml Suspension if the benefits outweigh the potential risk to the fetus.

Driving

Motilium 1mg/ml Suspension usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.

Liver

In mild liver impairment, dose adjustment is not required however, Motilium 1mg/ml Suspension must be avoided in moderate to severe liver impairment.

Lactation

Generally, Motilium 1mg/ml Suspension is excreted in breast milk and even though the infant only receives a small percentage of Motilium 1mg/ml Suspension's dose, cardiac effects remained unknown. To discontinue breastfeeding or stop taking Motilium 1mg/ml Suspension depends on the therapeutic benefits to mother or benefits of breastfeeding for the infant.
