Tivicay 50mg Tablet contains dolutegravir, a medicine from the integrase strand transfer inhibitor (INSTI) class used as part of a combination antiretroviral regimen. Because it works alongside other medicines in an HIV treatment plan, some people may experience headache, difficulty sleeping, mild nausea, diarrhoea, or fatigue, particularly during the first few weeks of treatment.
